A
Management Training Module
Overview
The successful accomplishment of any mission requires peak performance
from everyone involved. To perform at their best, people need to
know what their job entails, what the objectives are, how they are
doing in meeting them, and areas for further strengthening. In short,
organizations need to continuously practice performance management.
Performance Management presents the opportunity for
managers to both learn and practice the skills involved in what
we call The Total Management Cycle. The program positions performance
management as a key process to facilitate the alignment of individual
contribution with a commitment to organizational excellence. The
Total Management Cycle represents all of the processes required
to accomplish this alignment.
The most powerful feature of this two day program is the extensive
practice managers get in behavior modeling and role-play exercises,
on each phase of the management cycle, using actual situations from
their own work environment.
Program Objectives
At the conclusion of their participation in this program, managers
