Namon Lewis is the founder of The Sable Group and today serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Lewis is a talented visionary who has blazed trails as an educator, motivator, public speaker and experienced business executive. His career spans more than three decades in a number of management positions in marketing, customer service, business operations, manufacturing and technology research.

His public sector experience includes consulting for educational and nonprofit organizations and a variety of government agencies. He formed The Sable Group after serving for many years as a Director of Human Resources for the IBM Corporation, one of America’s established Blue Chip companies.

Namon’s forte is problem solving, with experience solving some of the toughest challenges in both the public and private sector settings as a top-level executive.

With a passion for getting the most out of people and a specialized skill for getting corporations and organizations to be innovative, Namon Lewis has helped countless executives think through their futures – beyond obstacles and setbacks.
