Namon Lewis is the founder of The Sable Group and today serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Lewis is a talented visionary who has blazed trails as an educator, motivator, public speaker and experienced business executive. His career spans more than three decades. He formed The Sable Group after serving for many years as Director of Human Resources for the IBM Corporation.

Namon Lewis’ forte is problem-solving. He has experience solving some of the toughest challenges in both the public and private sector settings as a top-level executive. On the private side of the ledger, Lewis earned his spurs in a number of management and executive positions in the areas of marketing, customer service, business operations, manufacturing and technology research. His public sector experience includes consulting for educational and nonprofit organizations.

With a passion for getting the most out of people and a specialized skill for getting corporations and organizations to be innovative, Namon Lewis has helped countless executives think through their futures – beyond obstacles and setbacks. He has developed a keen sense for what works as well as how to make it work and that characteristic has rubbed off on everyone who works for The Sable Group. It is why the company delivers.

Lewis is a native of the San Francisco Bay area. He is a graduate of San Jose State University, where he earned a B.A. in Sociology and Business. A devoted family man, he and his wife Birteal, who is associated with The Sable Group, have three grown children and two grandchildren. They reside in Weston, CT.
